This vintage carved wooden walking stick is beautifully made item. We believe it to date from the early 20th century. The carving runs along the whole length, with the handle of the walking stick in the form a mythical creatures head - I think it is a dragon, but could be some sort of serpent. In the creatures head is a loose ball that moves around. This must have been formed during the carving process as there is no way it could have been added afterwards.
The condition is very good with wear to the base associated with age and use.

The stick measures 102.5cm in length.
